Overview
Armour is thickest where it is expected to be hit. An aircraft is not obliged to attack from the front: it can take the roof, the rear deck or the engine louvres, which is why a modest shaped charge delivered from above defeats protection that stops far heavier weapons from the side.
The aircraft carries the charge on a stabilised mount, tracks a moving vehicle, and attacks on a profile chosen by the operator. It is a section-level answer to armour, carried by two people.
System qualities
01 / 04
Attacks the thin side
A top or rear-aspect profile puts the effect where protection is weakest, which is what makes a man-portable charge sufficient.
02 / 04
Follows a moving vehicle
Onboard tracking holds the aim point through the run, including against a vehicle that is manoeuvring.
03 / 04
Carried by the section
Two people, one case. No vehicle, no crew-served mount, no prepared position.
04 / 04
Abort until commit
The operator can break off and return to the loiter at any point before the final run.
